I.C. Isabella Designs, INC offers standard ground and expedited shipping to
Canada. Canadian shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures,
which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Shipping,
duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable.

FedEx Express Saver - $15.00 (3 business days -business address by 4:30
pm & to residences address by 8 pm)
FedEx Second Day Shipping - $25.00 (2 business days)
FedEx Next Day Shipping - $35.00 (1 business day)
FedEx Express - $40.00 (Next business day – by 10:30 a.m., noon or 3 pm)

Tracking information becomes available once a carrier has picked up a
shipment. Please note that some third-party carriers do not provide tracking information.

USPS Shipping Services:

Priority Mail Express - $27.00 (Overnight scheduled delivery by 10:30 am)
Priority Mail - $10.00 (1-3 business days)
USPS Retail Ground - $8.00 (2-8 business days)

Tracking information becomes available once a carrier has picked up a
shipment. Please note that some third-party carriers do not provide tracking information.

Our packages are only delivered from Monday to Friday. A signature from
an adult over age 21 is required for a successful delivery. Please note that at
the moment, we are unable to ship to APO-(Army Post Office) & FPO-
(Fleet Post Office) addresses and PO Boxes.

For expedited service orders, the order must be placed by 11 am EST to be
shipped the same day. Please note that all orders are subject to method of
payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time,
this can delay your shipment.

Successful order receipt requires a signature from an adult over age 21.
Orders are usually confirmed, packaged, and dispatched in 1-2 business days
after the order is placed. Packages are only delivered from Monday to
Friday; we are unable to ship to APO-(Army Post Office) & FPO-(Fleet
Post Office) addresses and PO Boxes.

Express delivery orders must be placed by 11 am EST to be shipped the

was requested when your order was placed. I.C. Isabella Designs, INC does
not re-route any packages and does not offer FedEx or UPS location pickup
