Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
I.C. Isabella Designs, monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
For USA Orders:
Free return shipping on orders totaling $100.00 USD or more, after discounts are applied and not including tax.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please call our office at 323-206-8207 to receive an RA#. After you receive your RA# please follow the instructions below:
Carefully repackage your items back into your shipping box along with your packing slip, and seal your package with packing tape. We recommend making a copy of your packing slip for your records.
Adhere the enclosed address label to your return package.
Deliver your package via your preferred shipping service. Please use a tractable/insured shipping method/carrier. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
